Can't make up your mind? Seaside or countryside?  Look no further, Bessan is a perfect location for both.

Ideal for family holidays,intense beach relaxation, projects with friends, sporty outings or beautiful wine tasting circuits - we/you are spoilt for choice! ( not forgetting that you have a large swimming pool in the garden).

How did we land up here? 

We had a vague idea that we'd like to retire in the region, so we visited village after village for a whole year, then one weekend, we just decided to visit some properties and that was it - 2 out of the 3 were to our taste; but one was a real challenge with amazing potential and required some serious renovations and landscaping (thank you Mehdi).

So, here we are, Le domaine de la tour rosée, 3 hours from home, just between Montpellier and Béziers just 5mn from the motorway exit.

Depending on how many you are going away together on holiday, choose the place just right for you ( or take 2 or 3 of them)  :

• La Praline for 6 people on the ground floor and 1st level 
• Le Saint Loup for 4-5 people on the 1st floor with a separate external staircase  leading to your front door upstairs
• La Tour Rosée in the garden just for 2 of you and with a rooftop terrasse!

Each appartment has it's own private terrace with a plancha/BBQ for you to grill those gorgeous French sausages or even whole fish as you are so near the coast.  You willl be able to relax in your own dining area from breakfast til dinner , the weather is great nearly all year round.

You then have a shared area next to the pool, the "chill zone",  the large pool to share with the other guests (open from 10h - 22h and rarely everyone at once)  and a table tennis table just to create some healthy competition !

As we appreciate our creature comforts, we have installed air conditioning in both the living and bedrooms as well as new mattresses, duvets and pillows. 

Everything is close by :

• Shops ( chemist, bakery, local market ...) 4 minutes on foot
• Beaches; 10mins by car to Vias Plage, 15 mins to the infamous Cap d'Agde, 20 mins to my favourite, Marseillan plage 
• Culture;  15 mins by car to Pézenas where you can wander around the pedestrian historic little town with an ice cream!
• Cities nearby ; Béziers and Montpellier

Just a few words of caution:

• It is IMPERATIVE to watch over your children in the pool , they are under your entire responsibility.
• We ask you to leave your pets at home or with friends
• No parties ! 
• No smoking indoors please.
