Flat prices

July & August: 1500€ per week ( Saturday to Saturday ) 

May, June & September: 150€ per night, 180€ Friday and Saturday with a minimum stay of 2 nights OR 950€ for the whole week.

April & October: 130€ per night, 150€ Friday and Saturday with a minimum stay of 2 nights OR 800€ for the whole week.

From November to end of March :110€ per night with a minimum stay of 4 nights OR 700€ for the whole week.

July & August: 950€ per week ( Saturday to Saturday ) 

May, June & September: 100€ per night, 120€ Friday and Saturday with a minimum stay of 2 nights OR 650€ for the whole week.

April & October: 80€ per night, 90€ Friday and Saturday with a minimum stay of 2 nights OR 500€ for the whole week.

From November to end of March :75€ per night with a minimum stay of 4 nights OR 450€ for the whole week.

July : 450€ per week ( Saturday to Saturday ) 

August: 550€ per week ( Saturday to Saturday ) 

May, June & September: 65€ per night, with a minimum stay of 3 nights OR 400€ for the whole week.

April & October: 60€ per night, with a minimum stay of 4 nights OR 350€ for the whole week.

From November to end of March : Usually, not rented during this period. 

Arrival : access to the accommodation is from 16h in the afternoon

Departure : before 11hr 

Costs include :

• Pool access from 10h -23h
• Air conditioning/heating/water, electricity and wifi
• Bedding, indoor towels, tea towels
• The cleaning is included

Fees/Cancellation conditions:

• A 30% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation.
• You will also be required to provide a deposit of 1000€ in case of damages ( to be returned at the end of your stay unless breakages)
• 1 month prior to your stay, you will receive a full 100% reimbursement for cancellation
• 2 weeks prior to your stay, you will receive 50% reimbursement for your  cancellation
• No reimbursement for cancellation only 13 days prior to your arrival.
